We are a group of volunteers who look after Bitterne Station. We aim to make its surroundings look greener, safer and cleaner. We hope to also encourage more local wildlife within the green areas around the station. We are part of the Three Rivers Community Rail Partnership.

Join us

We meet every 3rd Sunday of the month at Bitterne Station between 11am and 1pm.
Everyone is welcome, you can join for as long as you can. You do not need to be an expert or do gardening, you can contribute as you would like. You can do some litter picking, brush leaves, help with weeding, planting or pruning or just come and chat with us about the station and our community. We provide small equipment needed, hi-vis and a safety induction.
We have an active facebook www.facebook.com/friendsbitternestation
follow the page for events and regular updates.
If you prefer to receive information via text or email, let us know via this form below.
